What is WindFree and is it actually different?
WindFree is genuinely different from any other brand we install. Instead of blowing air at you through a vent, it disperses air through 23,000 micro holes in the front panel. The airflow is so gentle you cannot feel it. Samsung Medical Center research links direct cold airflow to skin irritation. It is not marketing, it is a real change in how the air reaches you. How long does the install take?

What warranty does a Samsung come with?
Samsung offers a 5-year parts and labour warranty on residential heat pumps in NZ. If the unit develops a fault in that time the repair does not come back to you. Our installation work is also covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
